• Responsible for day-to-day management of the control portfolio for the branch banker servicing platform.
• Manage regular testing engagements with first- and second-line partners for annual and quarterly audits as well as testing related to corrective actions and issue closure representing the line of business and coordinating activities across product ownership teams.
• Manage development of consistent control monitoring routines and dashboards.
• Ensuring control documentation is current and reflective of all changes to the platform
