JOB DESCRIPTION

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Package all company applications to create silent automated installations using PowerShell AppDeploy Toolkit (PSADT) and other packaging tools (Flexera AdminStudio/InstallShield/Wise Package Studio).
• Troubleshoot all aspects of Configuration Manager issues related to Application deployment, content distribution, client devices, and SCCM agent issues.
• Managing Software Center and troubleshooting Application Deployment failures including content issues
• Create and stage packages into Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager MECM/SCCM for mass deployments to over 15,000 computers.
• Deploying applications to the entire organization in Phases using a Tiered deployment approach from Testing, Pre-Pilot, Pilot, and Production phases.
• Strong understanding of Oil and Gas industry applications including Enterprise, Measurement, Gas control, and Operations applications
• Strong knowledge of Windows PowerShell scripting for custom actions and task automation.
• Creating Intune Apps in Win32 format for deploying standard Image Core Apps and settings to Autopilot devices.
• Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager MECM/SCCM Administration and understanding Infrastructure including site system roles and Distribution Points.  
• Managing local workstation admin rights, UAC, privilege elevation of Apps using tools such as Microsoft LAPS and BeyondTrust Privilege Management or other privilege management tools.
• Understand GPOs across multiple domains, which affect the client machines or end users’ operating system.
• Resolving Remedy/ServiceNow incident tickets that are escalated for Tier 3 support from the Service Desk
• Upgrading and maintaining all the tools and infrastructure necessary to provide the above services.
• Track and follow the project schedule to assure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• The ideal candidate must have 5-8 years’ experience with the latest version of SCCM, MECM and related technologies.
