Overview

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced Agile environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, automating, and maintaining secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure. This role requires strong AWS expertise, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD automation, and production support experience.

Responsibilities

Infrastructure Design & Operations

  • Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS.
  • Support APIs, web applications, microservices, and data processing workloads.
  • Collaborate with development teams to deploy and support production applications.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability to meet SLA requirements.

Automation & CI/CD

  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, and related tools.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices.
  • Improve deployment processes and operational efficiency through automation.

Security & Compliance

  • Implement security best practices across cloud environments.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
  • Manage access controls, secrets management, and infrastructure security policies.

Monitoring & Troubleshooting

  • Configure monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, application, and deployment issues.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of DevOps or Cloud Infrastructure experience.
  • Strong expertise with AWS services including EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, and S3.
  • Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, AWS CLI, and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
  • Strong Linux administration and scripting skills using Python and Bash.
  • Experience troubleshooting networking, security, and cloud infrastructure issues.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting AI/ML platforms and workloads.
  • Knowledge of LLM integrations and Agentic AI frameworks.
  • Experience with Databricks and Snowflake.
  • Cloud cost optimization experience.
  • Experience building Internal Developer Platforms (IDP).
