· Minimum 12+ years of integration experience
· MuleSoft certified architect
· Design and Architecture:
· Lead the design and development of integration solutions using Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
· Define and document integration patterns, best practices, and standards.
· Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, ensuring alignment with business goals.
· Implementation:
· Oversee the implementation of Mulesoft solutions, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
· Collaborate with development teams to build and deploy Mulesoft integrations.
· Provide hands-on leadership in the development of complex integrations and API management.
· Technical Leadership and C4E
· Serve as the technical expert for Mulesoft, guiding teams on integration best practices.
· Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
· Mentor and train junior developers and other team members on Mulesoft technologies.
· Work closely with business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
· Engage with clients to gather requirements, present solutions, and manage expectations.
· Coordinate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Mulesoft solutions within the broader IT ecosystem.
· Performance Optimization:
· Monitor and optimize the performance of Mulesoft integrations.
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integration performance and functionality.
· Implement best practices for error handling, logging, and monitoring.
· Documentation and Compliance:
· Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration architectures, designs, and implementations.
· Ensure solutions comply with security policies, data governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
