Role- Salesforce Tech Lead (Strong Pharma /Bio-Tech Background)

Location- Remote

10+ Years of IT Experience with 7+ Years in Salesforce and at least 3+ Years leading Salesforce Health Cloud implementations in Pharma, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Medical Device industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud solution delivery.
• Architect scalable solutions leveraging Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
• Design and implement Patient 360, Care Plans, Care Teams, Clinical Encounters, Program Management, and Patient Engagement solutions.
• Define technical architecture, integration strategy, security architecture, and deployment approach.
• Lead development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Integration Frameworks.
• Drive integrations with external systems such as EHR/EMR, Clinical Systems, ERP, Master Data Systems, and Third-Party Healthcare Applications.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, Product Owners, and Pharma stakeholders to refine requirements and solution approaches.
• Mentor development teams and conduct design/code reviews.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, GxP, and Life Sciences regulatory requirements.
• Lead estimation, technical planning, release management, and DevOps activities.
• Support SIT, UAT, deployment planning, and production support.
