Role: Systems Analyst
Location: Onsite 5 days a week in downtown Houston TX

Summary:
The main function of a Systems Analyst is to evaluate and improve IT systems to meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency. A typical Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing system requirements, designing solutions, and coordinating with technical teams to implement and support system changes.
Job Responsibilities:
• Analyze current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement or automation.
• Gather and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Design and propose system solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with developers, engineers, and end users to implement and test system changes.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, workflows, and support procedures.
Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in system analysis tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with databases, software development life cycles, and IT infrastructure.
• Effective communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with documentation and process mapping tools.
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field required.
• 5-7 years of experience
