Job Description

The UKG WFM Pro Lead Analyst will play a key role in delivering critical MyTime Projects in FY2025. This role will focus on leading integrations between UKG WFM Pro (UKG Pro) and internal/external systems, supporting the design and implementation of new solutions, and ensuring seamless data flows that power enterprise initiatives, including AI/ML programs and Sage. The Lead Analyst will act as both a technical consultant and solution designer, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams to deliver scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions.

 

Required Qualifications

·         Proven expertise in UKG WFM Pro (UKG Pro) with hands-on functional and technical experience

·         Strong knowledge of API development, integration design, and troubleshooting

·         Experience working with Azure/Databricks or similar middleware/integration platforms

·         Ability to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and efficient solutions

·         Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders (product, project management, vendors, etc.)

·         Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in complex environments

·         Exposure to AI/ML initiatives, particularly integration WFM/HR data into advanced analytics pipelines.

 

Preferred Qualifications

·         UKG certifications in Workforce Management (WFM Pro)

·         Experience delivering Sage implementations or similar ERP/time solutions
