Role: SAP S/4HANA EWM Support Consultant

Location Hybrid - Plano, TX - Onsite from Day 1  

 

Job Description

Seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA EWM Support Consultant to provide onsite operational support, resolve functional issues, and deliver minor enhancements in the EWM module.

 

Scope of Work

• Delivery Model: Sprint-Based Execution
• Creation of Functional Specification Documents (FSDs)
• Configuration changes in SAP S/4HANA EWM
• Support and enhancement task execution

 

Technical Scope

• No initial dedicated development
• Recommended to add onshore developer for debugging/technical analysis

 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2/L3 EWM support
• Troubleshoot issues in inbound/outbound, warehouse tasks, and RF processes
• Support picking, packing, staging, replenishment, putaway, and physical inventory
• Work with cross-functional teams: MM, PP, SD, TM
• Prepare functional specs for small enhancements
• Maintain documentation, process flows, and issue logs
• Work closely with business and technical teams onsite

 

Required Skills

• 12–15 years total experience, with strong SAP EWM background
• Minimum 5–10 years in EWM and 2+ years in S/4HANA
• Strong knowledge of WOCR, RF framework, batch/serial handling
• Hands-on support experience (ITIL preferred)
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
