Job Summary
TCS is seeking an experienced Archer Developer to support the modernization of the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) platform. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in RSA Archer development, application configuration, workflows, dashboards, reporting, and automation. Experience with Vendor Risk Management (VRM) and SIG questionnaire implementation is highly preferred.
Must-Have Skills
- 10+ years of overall IT experience
- 4–8 years of hands-on RSA Archer Development
- Strong experience with Archer Application Builder
- Experience developing On-Demand Applications
- Expertise in:
- Archer Questionnaires
- Cross-Application Relationships
- Data Feeds (A2A & File Import)
- Calculated Fields
- Data Driven Events (DDEs)
- Experience building:
- Dashboards
- Reports
- Workflows
- Strong knowledge of:
- Roles
- Groups
- Access Control & Permissions
- Package Migration
Preferred Skills
- Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
- Vendor Risk Management (VRM)
- SIG Questionnaire implementation and automation
- Archer Engage integrations
- Data migration strategies
- Basic SQL and Database knowledge
Roles & Responsibilities
- Configure Fourth Party Profile and SIG 2027 applications.
- Develop workflows, automation, calculations, and business logic.
- Implement cross-application relationships and risk scoring.
- Create dashboards, reports, and notification mechanisms.
- Support application testing, deployment, and production releases.
- Work closely with business and technical teams during implementation.
