About the role:
- To drive enterprise transformation through Data, Analytics & AI by developing and executing advisory offerings, elevating client conversations, and delivering scalable solutions that accelerate adoption and measurable business outcomes.
- The role focuses on shaping strategy, enabling innovation, and fostering account growth through thought leadership, technical excellence, and trusted partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & execute advisory offerings for enterprise clients - to discover use cases, build business case for point solutions, data & AI adoption trainings etc.
- Support business development through proposals, client pitches and thought leadership.
- Engage with client stakeholders (IT & Business) to identify use cases and translate them into technical designs.
- Architect scalable end-to-end AI solutions (including data pipelines, analytics, AI/ML, feature engineering, and data lifecycle management).
- Delivering hands-on technical solutions on billable projects and ensuring project success.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools, providing clear recommendations tailored to client use cases.
- Mentor teams and lead Data & AI technical initiatives.
Must have Technical Skills:
- 18+ years overall Data & Analytics experience with at least 2 - 5 years with focus on AI Adoption.
- Proven hands-on experience with building at least 3 AI enabled solutions (production grade) for customers.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, Scala with hands-on experience.
- Proficiency in cloud services (AWS, Azure) and data ecosystem (Databricks, Snowflake, Kafka, Spark).
- Experience managing teams and shaping AI/ML roadmaps for enterprise clients.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and business acumen, with an innovative mindset.
Nice to have/Preferred:
- Certifications in cloud (AWS, Azure, Databricks).
- Domain-specific knowledge: (Retail, Lifesciences).
- Open-source contributions or thought leadership in Data & AI.
