Job Description:
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project manager/ Program Manager with strong domain expertise in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI), along with hands-on exposure to digital payments ecosystems. The role will drive end-to-end product/program delivery on the Salesforce platform, aligning business goals with scalable technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Salesforce-based products/programs within BFSI and payments domain
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define product vision, features, and priorities
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and release
- Drive Salesforce implementations across clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, etc.)
- Integrate payment systems such as cards, UPI, wallets, payment gateways, and transaction processing platforms
- Ensure compliance with BFSI regulations, data security, and risk management frameworks
- Work closely with engineering, architects, QA, and external vendors for delivery
- Define KPIs, track performance metrics, and continuously optimize product outcomes
- Manage program budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Drive Agile/Scrum practices and ensure timely delivery of releases
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in Product/Program Management
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, APIs, integrations)
- Proven experience in BFSI domain (Banking, Insurance, FinTech)
- Deep understanding of payment systems: UPI, NEFT/RTGS, cards, wallets, payment gateways
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks in BFSI
- Experience working in Agile environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Product Manager, Administrator, Platform App Builder)
- Knowledge of digital lending, KYC, fraud detection, or risk systems
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
