Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

· 15+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12.x as a Solution Architect or Techno-Functional Lead, covering end-to-end business processes (Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Projects, Revenue Recognition).

· Proven expertise in solution architecture, custom development (RICE/CEMLI), integrations, and system enhancements using PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, Workflows, AME, Forms, OAF, BI Publisher, and middleware/web services.

· Strong background in integration architecture with external systems (PLM, CRM, MRP, Manufacturing, Revenue Recognition and financial systems) with robust reconciliation and error-handling controls.

· In-depth knowledge of IT General Controls (ITGCs), application controls, and SOX compliance, including segregation of duties, audit trails, reconciliations, and automated evidence reporting.

· Demonstrated ability to partner with internal and external auditors, remediate control deficiencies, and design sustainable compliance solutions.

· Core competencies include: architect mindset with doer mentality, analytical problem-solving, strong documentation discipline, ability to work independently, clear communication with business and audit teams, and adaptability in fast-paced, compliance-driven environments.

· Preferred: Oracle EBS certifications (functional/technical), IT audit/security certifications, experience with GRC tools, and background in public company environments, regulated industries, or Big 4 accounting/consulting firms

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).

· 15+ years of progressive Oracle E-Business Suite R12.x functional experience across multiple modules and end-to-end business processes.

· Proven expertise in at least three or more Oracle functional areas: Financials, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects, or Planning.

· Hands-on configuration experience across Oracle modules in global multi-org environment.

· Strong understanding of business process frameworks (O2C, P2P, R2R, Plan-to-Produce, Q2C) and their cross-module dependencies.

· Demonstrated success leading multiple full lifecycle Oracle EBS implementations, upgrades, and conversions in global environments.

· Experience integrating Oracle EBS with RevPro, Salesforce, Magento, BlackLine, Vertex, Agile PLM, and other enterprise systems.

· Working knowledge of integration technologies such as APIs, SOA/OIC, and Web Services with a clear understanding of data transformation and reconciliation.

· Ability to write and interpret SQL queries for validation, analysis, and troubleshooting.

· Familiarity with BI/reporting and analytics tools such as Noetix, SplashBI, Power BI, and Tableau.

· Experience with automation tools (UiPath), data migration utilities (More4Apps), and Oracle APEX for process extensions.

· Strong understanding of SOX, ITGC, and IT governance standards.

· Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex technical issues into business value.

· Experience managing projects using Agile or iterative methodologies.

· Certifications such as Oracle EBS Functional Specialist, PMP, or Six Sigma preferred.

· Experience in telecommunications, manufacturing, or technology sectors is advantageous
