Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Java Full Stack Technical Lead to design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React JS, Azure DevOps, and AI-driven development, along with proven leadership in driving end-to-end solutioning, stakeholder engagement, and global delivery coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design, development, and implementation of full-stack applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine business requirements.
- Drive solution architecture and technical design decisions for complex systems.
- Lead Agile Scrum teams and ensure successful sprint planning and delivery.
- Perform code reviews, design reviews, and enforce coding standards and best practices.
- Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams for seamless project delivery.
- Manage production issues, enhancements, and continuous improvements.
- Drive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation practices.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, including AI/ML, Generative AI, and cloud-native architectures.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with:
- React JS
- JavaScript
- TypeScript
- HTML
- CSS
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including:
- CI/CD Pipelines
- Azure Boards
- Azure Repos
- Expertise in GitHub Enterprise, version control, and branching strategies.
- Experience building cloud-native and containerized applications using:
- Docker
- Kubernetes
- Strong knowledge of:
- REST APIs
- Event-driven Architecture
- Integration Patterns
- Exposure to:
- AI/ML tools
- Generative AI
- AI-assisted development tools
Leadership & Functional Skills
- Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Ability to engage with business stakeholders and convert requirements into technical solutions.
- Proven experience in technical leadership and mentoring development teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in distributed global teams (Onshore/Offshore model).
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-based coding tools such as GitHub Copilot or other LLM-powered development tools.
- Domain experience in Insurance or Financial Services.
Education
- Bachelor's or Master degree of Computer Science or a related field.
