Looking for UI Lead Developer for a remote project. Need a person with Lead experience.
Need candidates with Warehouse Automation/Supply chain/logistics background.
UI Lead Developer
Erlanger, KY (Remote with 10% Travel)
Independent Visa candidates only
What You will Do:
· Drive the design and development of scalable web interfaces.
· Working knowledge of C#/.NET Core and strong experience in T‑SQL queries is required to effectively integrate with backend services.
· Lead the UI design, architecture, and development of robust, responsive web applications.
· Develop high‑quality user interfaces using React, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
· Collaborate with backend teams to integrate frontend components with C#/.NET Core APIs.
· Write clean, reusable, maintainable code following UI/UX best practices.
· Create and maintain unit tests to ensure code reliability and quality.
· Review code and mentor frontend developers, ensuring adherence to standards.
· Optimize application performance, usability, and accessibility.
· Work with product owners and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
· Write and optimize T‑SQL queries when interacting with database‑driven features.
· Troubleshoot and resolve UI‑related issues across environments.
What You Will Bring:
· 7+ years of experience in frontend development and UI Lead/Tech Lead role.
· Strong hands‑on experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Redux (or similar state management), and frontend tooling.
· Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
· Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or similar.
· Working knowledge of C# and .NET Core RESTFul services for effective integration and collaboration.
· Proficiency in writing T‑SQL queries; understanding relational databases (e.g., SQL Server).
· Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile development practices.
· Understanding of warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain concepts.
· Understanding or experience in warehouse automation technologies.
· Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Nice‑to‑Have:
· Experience with micro‑frontend architecture.
· Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
· Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
