Job Description:

 

We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) experience to support and optimise sales and pricing processes. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs with technical solutions, ensuring seamless CPQ implementation and enhancements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse business requirements for CPQ solutions
• Translate requirements into functional specs and user stories
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and IT teams to improve quoting workflows
• Support CPQ configuration, pricing rules, product catalogues, and approvals
• Perform testing (UAT, regression) and ensure quality delivery
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system support

Required Skills:

• 5+ years as BSA with hands-on CPQ experience (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, Apttus/Conga)
• Strong understanding of pricing models, discounting, and quoting processes
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
• Basic knowledge of integrations/APIs
