Job Title: ServiceNow Developer (Backend)

Location: Santa Clara, CA- 5 Days Onsite (Need Local Profiles)
Duration: 12+ Months

Role Summary

Senior backend engineer to design and build event ingestion and processing systems for Windows-based client and server environments, implemented as custom, production-grade solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

This is a product engineering role, not ServiceNow administration or IT operations. The engineer will write real code, design systems, and own solutions end-to-end.

Core Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend systems that ingest, process, and analyze events from Windows client/server applications.
• Build and maintain custom ServiceNow platform solutions (scripting, integrations, platform services).
• Translate product requirements into scalable, well-architected technical designs.
• Own quality through automated testing, code/design reviews, CI/CD, and production readiness.
• Debug and troubleshoot complex issues spanning Windows environments, backend services, and ServiceNow.
• Build lightweight UI components where needed to support backend functionality.
• Apply AI assisted tools pragmatically in engineering or data workflows.
