Role: UX Designer
Location:  Sunnyvale CA || Onsite
Position Type: Contract
Years of experience: 8 - 10 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations.
• Create user personas, user flows, and journey maps to inform design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas.
• Design and deliver user-centered solutions for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are implemented as intended.
• Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Design Keynote presentations for leadership
• Skills and Competencies:
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
