- Knowledge of REST APIs and system integration.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with databases and DevOps tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently in customer-facing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer business requirements and technical challenges.
- Design and implement customized solutions.
- Develop and integrate APIs and software components.
- Deploy applications in customer environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve the product.
Train customers and provide technical guidance during implementation
