Description:

 

Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with healthcare business objectives.
Lead architecture for Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud deployments.
Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, FDA) in all solution designs.
Architect integrations with EHR/EMR systems, ERP platforms, and third- party applications.
Define and manage secure data models, access controls, and sharing rules.
Guide development teams on Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for
Salesforce deployments.
• Create and maintain architecture documentation, data flow diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators.
Evaluate and incorporate AppExchange solutions and Salesforce innovations to enhance platform capabilities.
Support testing, release management, and post-deployment activities. 

Promote platform governance, coding standards, and best practices across teams.
