Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Developer to design, develop, implement, and support Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint technologies (IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow). The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure user lifecycle management, application onboarding, access governance, and compliance adherence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and implement IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow platforms.
- Implement integrations between SailPoint and enterprise systems (e.g., Active Directory, HR systems like Workday/SAP, SaaS apps).
- Configure and customize SailPoint connectors, workflows, rules, tasks, reports, and certification campaigns.
- Support user provisioning, de-provisioning, and lifecycle management processes.
- Translate business and security requirements into technical specifications.
- Develop custom scripts/rules using BeanShell/JavaScript, APIs, and SailPoint extension frameworks.
- Troubleshoot and optimize identity aggregation, reconciliation, and connector configurations.
- Create and maintain technical documentation (designs, configurations, integration details).
- Participate in system upgrades, patching, testing, and production support.
- Ensure solutions align with security best practices, compliance requirements, and enterprise standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow implementations.
- Strong programming skills in Java, SQL, XML, and scripting languages (e.g., BeanShell, JavaScript).
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and connector integrations.
- Solid understanding of IAM concepts including RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), lifecycle management, access certification, and provisioning.
- Experience with directories and identity sources such as Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD.
- Familiarity with development and deployment tools (Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines) preferred.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Certifications in SailPoint (e.g., SailPoint IIQ/IdentityNow Engineer).
- Experience with IAM security standards and protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, agile methodologies, and automation.
- Familiarity with privileged access management (e.g., CyberArk).
