JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, multiple ServiceNow modules, governance, integrations, and enterprise solution design.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-wide ServiceNow platform architecture and roadmap.
- Define platform strategy, instance architecture, governance, and best practices.
- Lead end-to-end architecture for large ServiceNow implementations.
- Develop scalable custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine and Scoped Applications.
- Design integration solutions with enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and APIs.
- Provide technical leadership for ServiceNow platform modernization initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and delivery teams.
- Ensure platform scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Establish governance standards, coding standards, and solution architecture guidelines.
- Mentor development teams and review technical designs.

- Expertise in ServiceNow integrations and platform governance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- ServiceNow Architect certifications are highly preferred.
