We are looking for an experienced C360 Application Architect to design and deliver scalable Customer 360 solutions that provide a unified view of customer data across multiple applications, systems, and channels. The architect will be responsible for defining the application architecture, integration strategy, data flows, APIs, security model, and technical standards required to build and maintain a robust Customer 360 platform.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in enterprise application architecture, customer data platforms, API and integration architecture, cloud technologies, and modern application development.
Key Responsibilities

• Define the end-to-end application architecture for Customer 360 solutions.
  
• Design scalable and highly available applications that integrate customer information from multiple source systems.
  
• Develop architecture patterns for customer data ingestion, transformation, synchronization, and distribution.
  
• Design REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven integrations, microservices, and enterprise integration solutions.
  
• Define data flows between CRM, ERP, marketing, sales, service, digital, and other enterprise applications.
  
• Establish Customer 360 integration and application standards across business and technology teams.
  
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, data architects, security teams, developers, product owners, and business stakeholders.
  
• Translate business requirements into technical architecture and detailed solution designs.
  
• Evaluate technology options and recommend appropriate application, integration, and cloud solutions.
  
• Ensure applications meet requirements for scalability, performance, availability, security, and maintainability.
  
• Define authentication and authorization patterns, including OAuth, SSO, API security, and role-based access.
  
• Support customer identity resolution and the creation of a consistent customer profile across systems.
  
• Participate in architecture reviews, design reviews, and technical governance.
  
• Provide technical guidance to development teams and review application designs and code where required.
  
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and opportunities for modernization.
  
• Develop architecture documentation, application diagrams, interface specifications, and technical standards.
  
• Support deployment, production implementation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  

Required Skills and Experience

• 10+ years of experience in software/application architecture or enterprise application development.
  
• Strong experience designing Customer 360 / customer data / CRM solutions.
  
• Strong understanding of application architecture, integration architecture, and distributed systems.
  
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, microservices, event-driven architecture, and messaging.
  
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  
• Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.
  
• Experience with data integration and ETL/ELT concepts.
  
• Knowledge of customer identity, customer master data, data quality, and data synchronization concepts.
  
• Experience with API gateways, enterprise service buses, message queues, and integration platforms.
  
• Strong understanding of security, authentication, authorization, encryption, and API security.
  
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, source control, and automated deployment practices.
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  
• Ability to create architecture diagrams and technical documentation.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Customer 360, Salesforce Data Cloud, SAP Customer Experience, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar Customer 360 platforms.
  
• Experience with MDM and customer master-data solutions.
  
• Knowledge of cloud-native architecture and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  
• Experience with Kafka or other event-streaming platforms.
  
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy, consent management, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Experience working in large enterprise or global transformation programs.
  
• Relevant cloud or architecture certifications are a plus.
  

Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
