Role- IDMC Administration Team Lead
Location- Southlake TX 76092 (100% Onsite)
Job Summary:
We're looking for an experienced IDMC Administration Team Lead to oversee the administration and maintenance of our Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC) solutions. You'll lead a team of administrators, ensuring the scalability, security, and reliability of our Data integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· IDMC Data integration Architecture & Solution Design: Manage the IDMC Data Integration with cloud applications and enterprise systems using Informatica Cloud Data Integration and Cloud Application Integration.
· Data Governance & Security: Implement robust data governance and data security practices in alignment with IDMC capabilities, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations
· Team Leadership & Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship to junior administrators, guiding them through complex IDMC Data integration scenarios.
· Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement: Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex IDMC Data integration issues and identify opportunities for optimization.
· Documentation & Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for IDMC Data integration solutions and provide regular status updates to leadership
· Manpower Planning & Recruitment: Analyze workforce requirements, forecast staffing needs, and oversee end-to-end hiring processes.
Requirements:
· 8+ years of experience with Informatica IDMC Data integration
· Strong expertise in implementing cloud-based Data Integration using IDMC tools
· Expertise in Unix, RESTful APIs, System integration and SQL for cloud integration
Nice to Have:
· Knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter, EDC, IDQ & CDGC tools
· Unix shell scripting and Python
