Lead and support LiveVox outbound campaign configuration, execution, and optimization
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective contact center solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve campaign, dialing, and integration issues
Provide guidance on best practices for outbound contact strategies, compliance, and performance optimization
Support enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing operational improvements within the contact center environment
Required Experience
10+ years of Contact Center experience, with a strong focus on outbound operations
Hands-on experience with LiveVox outbound campaigns
Solid working knowledge of NiCE CXone, including routing, reporting, and platform capabilities
Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional business and technical teams
Nice to Have
Experience with compliance-driven outbound environments
Strong analytical and reporting skills
