We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable Salesforce and integration solutions aligned with digital strategy. This role involves architecting end-to-end solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, leading code reviews, and ensuring compliance with security and accessibility standards.

Required Certifications:
Salesforce Technical Architect/Application Architect
Salesforce Integration Architect
Salesforce Platform Developer II
Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
Copado Certification
MuleSoft I and II Certifications

Experience:
10+ years in Salesforce architecture, development, and integration
Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, SOSL, SOQL, and advanced Salesforce configuration
Experience with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control solutions (5+ years)
Knowledge of accessibility laws and WCAG 2.1 compliance (5+ years)
Expertise in data migration strategies and ETL tools
Agile methodology experience (5+ years)
