We’re Hiring: Senior DevOps Engineer (Kubernetes / Platform Ops)

Location: St Louis, MO, United States (Hybrid/Remote)

Duration: Long Term

Rate: Up to $55/hr on C2C(Please submit within Budget) PP Required

Note: This role requires international travel. Candidates must be able to travel without restrictions and have valid work authorization.(EX: H1B Stamping done recently)

We’re looking for hands-on DevOps / Platform Engineers who thrive in high-scale infrastructure environments and can take full ownership of production systems.

This is NOT a typical CI/CD DevOps role — we need engineers with strong Kubernetes, Linux, and networking fundamentals who can troubleshoot complex issues end-to-end.

What You’ll Do

Support and execute infrastructure deployments
Troubleshoot production issues to root cause
Work on Kubernetes-based platforms at scale
Maintain clear documentation of incidents & resolutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability

Must-Have Skills

Kubernetes (K8s): Architecture, deployments, CRDs, kubectl
Linux: Strong system administration & troubleshooting
Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, routing fundamentals (BGP/OSPF is a plus)
Service Mesh: Istio / Envoy (basic understanding)
Security / PKI: SSL, certificates, OpenSSL
Scripting: Bash or Python

Nice to Have

Prometheus, Grafana, Loki
Ansible / automation tools
Observability & monitoring experience
