Job Title: Python Developer (AWS Cloud & Terraform)

Location: Dallas, TX(Hybrid Role- Need Local Profiles Only)
Duration: 12+ Months

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with strong experience in building scalable, cloud-native applications on AWS. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Python development, AWS services, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to design, deploy, and maintain reliable and secure systems.

 

Key Responsibilities

·        Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and microservices using Python

·        Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services for cloud-based applications

·        Develop, deploy, and manage applications on AWS using EC2, S3, SQS, SNS, RDS, DynamoDB, and Aurora

·        Implement event-driven and asynchronous processing using SQS and SNS

·        Design and manage scalable data storage solutions using RDS, DynamoDB, and Aurora

·        Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform (IaC)

·        Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and cost in AWS environments

·        Implement security best practices including IAM roles, policies, encryption, and access control

·        Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments

·        Monitor applications using AWS CloudWatch and troubleshoot production issues

Position 2)

Job Title: Scrum Master

Location: Dallas, TX(Hybrid Role- Need Local Profiles Only)
Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description

We are looking for a Scrum Master to help teams follow Agile and Scrum practices effectively. The Scrum Master will support the team by removing obstacles, improving collaboration, and ensuring smooth delivery of work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Remove blockers and help the team stay focused on sprint goals
• Coach team members on Agile and Scrum best practices
• Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders
Track sprint progress and support continuous improvement

 

Position 3)

Job Title: Performance Lead – K6 / LoadRunner(Performance Tester)

Location: Columbus, OH(5 Days Onsite Role)
Duration: 12+ Months

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Performance Lead to plan, design, and execute performance testing strategies for enterprise applications. The role focuses on ensuring application scalability, stability, and reliability using K6 and LoadRunner, while working closely with development, DevOps, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

·        Lead end-to-end performance testing activities including load, stress, endurance, and spike testing.

·        Design and develop performance test scripts using K6 (JavaScript-based) and LoadRunner.

·        Define performance test strategy, workload models, and success criteria.

·        Execute tests, analyze results, and identify bottlenecks across application, database, and infrastructure layers.

·        Collaborate with developers and DevOps teams to tune application performance.

·        Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines.

·        Monitor application behavior using APM and system monitoring tools.

·        Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and recommendations for stakeholders.

·        Mentor junior performance testers and enforce best practices.
