Role Purpose
We are seeking a senior NOC leader to own and mature Discount Tire’s Global Network Operations Center (NOC). This role will manage a 12-person global team (US + India), drive operational maturity, develop shift leadership, and reduce executive dependency during major incidents.

Responsibilities
· Act as NOC leader for ~12 resources (6–7 US, 6–7 India).
· Improve ticket quality in ServiceNow (categorization, documentation).
· Confidently lead bridge calls (≈10 major incidents/month).
· Train and upskill 3 shift leads to independently manage escalations.
· Support store connectivity: 50+ new stores annually, ~300 sites with broadband/Starlink backup.
· Own the incident response process (Azure/AWS app flow knowledge desired).
· Mentor engineers into shift leads.
· Ensure smooth follow-the-sun global coverage.

Role Purpose
The Senior NOC Analyst will support the Technical NOC Lead in monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving network/infrastructure issues across Discount Tire’s global operations. This role requires advanced troubleshooting skills and the ability to mentor junior staff.

· Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents in ServiceNow.
· Lead triage and escalate issues to L3/vendor teams.
· Participate in bridge calls during major incidents.
· Ensure accurate ticket categorization and detailed documentation.
· Support store network operations (LAN/WAN, broadband, Starlink).
· Collaborate with offshore teams to enable follow-the-sun coverage.
· Mentor junior NOC analysts and serve as an escalation point.

Skills & Requirements
· 4–7 years of NOC/Network Operations experience.
· Strong background in Cisco/Meraki (routing, switching, VPNs).
· Familiarity with Azure/AWS application flows.
· Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
· CCNA required; CCNP preferred.
· Strong communication skills for incident handling and coordination.
