Role: MS Office 365 and Power Platform Engineer

Location: Cincinnati, OH – Onsite
Experience Required: 8–10 Years

• ServiceNow Workflow Design, Automation & Integrations
• REST APIs & Enterprise Systems Integration
• Power BI Dashboards, KPI Reporting & Analytics Solutions

 

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement end-to-end automated workflows that streamline business processes and reduce manual touchpoints.

Build Power Platform solutions that improve operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and user experience.

Develop ServiceNow workflows and integrations that support ITSM, request fulfillment, asset management, and service delivery processes.

Use APIs and enterprise integrations to connect systems, automate data exchange, and improve process orchestration.

Identify and implement AI-enabled opportunities that improve productivity, reduce costs, and accelerate business outcomes.

Create executive dashboards and operational reports that support data-driven decision-making.

Lead process improvement initiatives focused on optimization, scalability, governance, and value realization.

Partner with business, technology, operations, and vendor stakeholders to align solutions with strategic objectives and measurable outcomes.

 

Desired Skill Set

Workflow automation and process orchestration. Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.

ServiceNow workflow design and integrations. API and enterprise systems integration.

AI-enabled productivity and automation solutions. Process improvement, analytics, and operational optimization. Business process analysis and solution design. Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
