Job Title: Senior Data Engineer - FHIR

Location : Remote

Contract/ Full time

NO GC

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

Points from Client side:

1. Databricks Experience: In current project required.

2. Healthcare Domain Knowledge: Experience with key healthcare APIs such as Patient, Claims, Provider, and Formulary required.

3. TMSIS/MMIS Data Loading Experience: Experience with loading TMSIS ,MMIS & XML source data into various versions of Firley required

4. Technical Competence: Proficient in Spark and PySpark, the expected technical strength in Databricks workflows and notebook creation and execution is required.

5. FHIR Knowledge: Required knowledge of FHIR standards

 

• FHIR experience
• Proficient with Python and SQL
• Build and manage efficient ETL pipelines using Databricks workflows or other orchestration framework
• Familiarity with both structured and semi-structured data and ingesting and processing this data using pyspark
• Fundamental AWS services (S3, SQS) or similar services for other clouds
• Terraform and GitLab CICD
• Query tuning and performance optimization in SQL and/or SparkSQL
• Familiarity with data warehousing (snowflake or similar)
• Experience working for a cloud-based data services provider to large healthcare clients.
• Spark SQL
• AWS, Databricks, Snowflake
