Location: Remote (Must be able to support EST Time zone)
Mandatory Skills: Project Manager, PMP Certified, Healthcare, Waterfall, Managing .NET projects from end to end.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in Delivering Projects (Development & Modernization/Migration).
• PMP Certified
• Strong Delivery background with experience in managing large complex Application Development
• Good to have experience on Java, Dot Net, Azure Functions Snowflake, Matillion, DBT, Netezza/DataStage and Oracle.
• Healthcare Payer Industry experience
• Extensive experience in Program/Project Management, Iterative, Waterfall and Agile Methodologies.
• Ability to track and manage complex program budgets
• Strong business acumen and client management skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships, and understanding their business needs and requirements.
• Handle client escalations and work towards resolution in a professional and efficient manner
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Work closely with the sales and business development teams to review and assess project proposals and ensure that they align with the organization's capabilities and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop competitive and compelling project proposals, considering the scope, budget, timeline, and resource requirements.
• Work with sales & other practice delivery leaders to drive new business / joint successes at existing accounts.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Salesforce professionals, encouraging collaboration, skill development, and high performance.
• Facilitate meetings with task groups or functional areas as required for EPMO supported initiatives and/or to resolve issues. Proactively engage other members of the organization with specific subject knowledge to resolve issues or provide assistance. Lead post implementation review of major initiatives to provide lessons learned and continuous improvement.
• Develop accurate and timely summaries for executive management that provide consolidated, clear, and concise assessments of strategic initiatives implementation status.
• Collaborate with business owners to develop divisional business plans that support the overall strategic direction.
• Supports budget allocation process through ongoing financial tracking reports.
• Collaborate with the various stakeholders to address risks & issues and ensure on-time delivery.
