Role: Solution Architect

Location: REMOTE

Please ensure the LinkedIn profile matches the resumes. No ROPES for this one but everything needs to be super buttoned up - This manager is VERY VERY picky and will look for people who have good longevity in projects, are not job hoppers and dont work multiple jobs at once.

Candidate is just not performing. He can't deliver independently. Always needs ppl to tell him what to do. Sure he will do it but needs him to know how to do it on his own. He's just not working efficiently or independent.

Needs the replacement to:

Confidently speak to designs and solutions

Work with the team yet be able to complete tasks independently

Adding value

Bring good energy

Job Description

Must be a self starter - take account of any project or initiative
Work with diverse stakeholders
Some exp with designing Cloud Native Services with GCP/AWS/Azure
GCP or AI Certifications
Salesforce / AgentForce exp would be a plus
