Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
1. Knowledge and experience in support for a complex Mainframe Environment
2. Knowledge and experience in support for Mainframe migrations and LPAR/MIPS management
3. Experience in Mainframe backup to and restore from tape
4. Knowledge and Experience in Mainframe datacentre migration and design
5. Experience in Install, configure and supporting Mainframe LPARS and MIPS
6. Experience configuring and supporting mainframe restores
7. Experience in Capacity and performance management
8. Experience with Remote Administration of MIPS/LPARS
9. Work with vendor partners to manage the agreed upon SLA's
Works with the vendor partners to improve the reporting and operations policies and procedures
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for Incident and service request on Mainframe technologies like zOS and upgrade projects and good knowledge on tool
