Required Qualifications

• 11-13+ years of experience in Workday
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Workday Talent
  • Workday Learning
  • Workday Performance Management
  • Workday Succession Planning
• Experience configuring Workday business processes and functional solutions.
• Strong understanding of Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Career Development processes.
• Proven experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable solutions.
• Partner with HR, Talent Management, Learning, and Total Rewards teams  
• Experience working in Agile environments with backlog management and sprint execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday Certifications (Talent, Learning, HCM, or related modules).
• Experience as a Workday Functional Consultant, Product Owner, or Functional Solution Architect.
• Knowledge of AI-driven talent management and learning technologies.
• Experience integrating Workday with third-party learning or skills platforms.
