Must-Haves:

• Strong Data Governance + Program Management experience
• Healthcare / Health Plan background
• 7+ years in Data Governance, Data Management, or Enterprise Program Management
• CDMP certification or commitment to obtain within 12 months
• DAMA DMBOK2 knowledge
• Enterprise Data Catalog experience – Alation strongly preferred
• Experience managing governance across multiple business domains
• Jira experience
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication
