Job Title: Solution Architect - Java Full Stack

Location: Plano, TX(Onsite)

Employment : Contract

Responsibilities:

• Design and architect scalable and maintainable software solutions using Java Full Stack technologies.
• Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to development teams on best practices and architectural standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality assurance processes.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in project planning and estimation activities.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficient in Java 11 and its ecosystem (Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.).
• Strong experience with front-end technologies such as Angular, Next Js, React, or Vue.js.
• Expertise in RESTful API design and development.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Experience with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Experience with DevOps practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in software development and architecture.
• Proven track record of delivering complex software solutions on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead by example.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
