Hope you are doing well.
We have an immediate requirement for an experienced Agile Coach with the following details:
Position: Agile Coach (Tier 4)
Location: New York, NY
Duration: 12 Months
Work Hours: 37.5 hours/week
Experience Required:
- 10+ years of overall IT experience
- Minimum 5 years of software development experience
- At least 8 years of Agile coaching experience
- Proven experience coaching Agile product transformations in large, complex enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience leading enterprise-wide Agile transformation initiatives
- Strong background in change management, organizational design, and driving cultural transformation at scale
Required Certifications (at least one):
- Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC or ICP-ATF)
- Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
- Or an equivalent Agile coaching certification
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach, mentor, and guide product teams, leaders, and stakeholders through Agile adoption and enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Drive large-scale Agile transformation by promoting Agile principles and continuous improvement.
- Coach teams on Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Facilitate Agile training sessions, workshops, and best practice implementation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve delivery practices, operational excellence, and alignment with business objectives.
- Use Agile metrics to support decision-making and enhance team performance.
- Influence organizational change and support enterprise-wide Agile maturity without direct managerial responsibilities.
