Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Analysis & Design
Interact with business stakeholders to understand new requirements, change requests, and enhancement needs.
Analyze functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Perform impact analysis for new developments or changes in existing systems.

2. SAP UI5 Application Development
Develop custom SAP UI5/FIORI applications for Client processes like VOISV and SWT.(Currently working on VIPOR application)
Create responsive and user-friendly UI screens using HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, XML views, and SAPUI5 controls.
Implement OData model binding, formatter logic, fragments, routing, and modular UI design patterns.

3. Enhancements & Bug Fixing
Analyze, debug, and resolve defects raised in incidents/tickets.
Work on continuous enhancements for existing apps.

4. Fiori Launchpad (FLP) Administration
Configure applications on SAP FIORI Launchpad.
Create and manage catalog, group, and tile assignments.

5. SAP Gateway & OData Integration
Work with SAP backend teams for OData service troubleshooting.
Consume, test, and optimize OData services for performance.

6. Version Control & Deployment
Manage code lifecycle using GIT (branching, merging).
Deploy UI5 applications to SAP systems and Git repository from SAP Business Application Studio.
Manage transport requests for non-GIT backends.

7. Collaboration & Agile Delivery
Work closely with QA, functional, Security and BASIS teams for smooth releases.
Provide post-go-live support and user guidance when required.

  • SAP UI5 / SAP
  • JavaScript , HTML5, CSS3
  • XML Views, JSON Models, MVC Architecture concepts
  • OData Services, SAP Gateway concepts
  • SAP Business Application Studio (BAS) / WebIDE /VS Code
  • Git, GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket
  • Fiori Launchpad configuration (catalogs, groups, roles)
  • Debugging using Chrome DevTools
  • Understanding of ABAP OData (basic knowledge for troubleshooting)
