Job Title: ServiceNow Consultant

Location:  Boston, MA/Tampa, FL(Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months

 

Required Skills

·        Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, HRSD, ITAM/HAM, Service Catalog, Service Portal, and SPM

·        Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Data Policies, and Workflows

·        Experience with CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, MID Servers, IRE, and Service Graph Connectors

·        Strong scripting skills using JavaScript, Glide APIs, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and jQuery

·        Experience developing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, Azure AD, SCCM, Workday, LDAP, OAuth

·        Experience with Employee Center Pro, Virtual Agent, Now Assist, App Engine Studio, and Performance Analytics

·        Good understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge)

·        Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

  Preferred Certifications

·        ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

·        ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

·        Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery
