JOB DESCRIPTION
Seeking a Business Systems Analyst with experience in Business Analysis, QA Analysis, Azure DevOps tool, creating product roadmaps, Project Management methodologies, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Develop process flows, use cases, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams
- Create test plans, test scenarios, and detailed test cases based on requirements
- Execute functional, integration, and regression testing; log and track defects
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with business partners
- Validate that delivered solutions meet documented requirements and quality standards
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues
- Assist with system demonstrations, training materials, and production validation
- Ensure documentation remains accurate and updated throughout the project lifecycle
QUALIFICATIONS
- Business Analyst 3 years
- Quality Assurance Analyst/testing 3 years
- Azure DevOps Knowledge – or similar tool like JIRA (comfortable with creating epics/features/user stories for projects as well as moving cards through project lifecycle) 3 years
- Understanding of BA, QA, DEV roles/responsibilities 3 years
- Experienced with as-is/to-be processes and content creation 3 years
- Experience with creating product roadmap 3 years
- Familiarity with Project Management Methodologies/Agile 3 years
- Adept with using BA/QA tools (e.g., FIGMA, Visio) 3 years
