Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced IVR Chatbot Developer with expertise in AWS Lex to design and develop AI-driven IVR voice bot solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in speech recognition systems, cloud-based integrations, and API-driven development.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop and enhance IVR applications using AWS Lex to provide seamless customer interactions.
✔ Design and implement speech-enabled interfaces with natural language processing (NLP) capabilities.
✔ Work on third-party integrations like AWS Lambda (Node.js/Python), Polly, Salesforce, Google CCAI, and Amelia.
✔ Ensure seamless integration of IVR systems with CRM platforms, APIs, Microservices, and telephony systems.
✔ Optimize call flows using VXML, REST APIs, SOAP, and SQL databases.
✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver highly scalable and efficient IVR solutions.
✔ Monitor and improve IVR analytics, reporting, and customer experience strategies.
Required Skills & Experience:
🔹 3+ years of hands-on IVR & chatbot development experience.
🔹 Strong expertise in AWS Lex for IVR voice bot development.
🔹 Proficiency in speech recognition technologies and NLP-driven solutions.
🔹 Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda (Node.js/Python) and cloud-based integrations.
🔹 Deep understanding of API development, RESTful services, and telephony system integration.
🔹 Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, etc.) for IVR customer interaction.
