Role Duration: Contract duration will be 3 -6 months depending on the project.
A candidate can choose to work 20hours a week or if available immediately
40hours a week.

 Pixel-Perfect UI Implementation
 Typescript

front-end solutions

design systems
 Strong English communication skills
 Self-motivated and capable of delivering autonomously within distributed
project environments

Position Overview
Micro1 is seeking expert Frontend Software Engineers to join a high-
impact customer project focused on crafting exceptional user interfaces. In
this role, you will apply your frontend expertise to help train next-generation
AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform
through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required
your domain knowledge and technical excellence are what matter most.

Key Responsibilities
 Interpret and translate component style guides and interface screenshots
into precise, visually consistent UI deliverables
 Implement pixel-perfect, responsive web components using modern
technologies such as Typescript and CSS3

 Ensure all UI elements adhere to established design systems and
accessibility standards
 Collaborate asynchronously through clear documentation and
constructive feedback within a remote-first environment
 Proactively identify, communicate, and resolve inconsistencies or
ambiguities in design specifications
 Optimize UI performance across devices, focusing on fast load times and
smooth interactions
 Contribute domain-specific expertise to guide the training and
development of advanced AI models
