Required skills:

·         Bachelor's degree Or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

·         IO- 15 years' experience in Business Analysis

·         Need to do Deep dive analysis, Business analysis, Technical Analysis

·         Formulating process, Suggest process improvements etc.

·         Articulating complex solution in simple terms

·         Gap analysis - Requirement understanding - breaking down of the requirement for getting clarity. Implicit requirements understanding. Identifying the gaps in the requirements.

·         Requirement elicitation - making them say what they have not said yet

·         Cross team communication and collaboration - confident, effective communicator

·         Self-Starter and proactive

·         Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment

·         Experience and understanding in Production support and performance engineering.

·         Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.

 

Preferred Skills:

·         Solution architect minded — Understanding/identifying Indirect dependency of maturing solution

·         Good Agile working experience

·         Experience to Telecom domain

·         Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment (offshore interactions needed).

·         Have Leadership experience managing an independent team of 4-6 team members.

·         The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time

·         Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
