Role: Senior .NET MAUI Application Developer

Location: Mount Juliet, TN

Work Mode: Onsite

Duration: 6 Months

(Contract Position)  

 

Overview

We are looking for a Senior .NET MAUI Application Developer to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance cross-platform applications used within our Supply Chain Warehouse operations. This role requires deep expertise in the .NET ecosystem, strong architectural skills, and the ability to mentor developers while driving best practices in mobile and desktop application development across iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop complex cross-platform applications using .NET MAUI
• Lead technical design discussions and define application architecture (MVVM, modular design, reusable components)
• Build advanced UI/UX implementations using XAML, ensuring consistency and performance across platforms
• Integrate enterprise-grade backend services, APIs, and third-party systems
• Drive performance optimization, memory management, and app responsiveness across devices
• Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers through code reviews and technical coaching
• Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Own the CI/CD process for mobile and desktop app delivery pipelines
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide long-term solutions
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and approaches within the .NET and MAUI ecosystem

 

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of software development experience with .NET technologies
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET MAUI and/or Xamarin.Forms
• Expert-level proficiency in C#, .NET 6/7/8, and modern application development practices
• Deep understanding of XAML, MVVM, dependency injection, and state management
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices
• Strong knowledge of mobile and cross-platform architecture patterns
• Experience with multi-threading, async programming, and performance tuning

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading or owning end-to-end desktop/mobile application architecture
• Strong experience with Azure ecosystem
• Experience with Blazor Hybrid (MAUI + Blazor)
• Familiarity with local data storage (SQLite, secure storage) and offline-first architectures
• Experience implementing authentication/authorization (OAuth, OpenID Connect, MSAL)
• Knowledge of app store deployment processes (Apple App Store, Google Play, Microsoft Store)

 

Technical Skills

• Languages: C#, XAML
• Frameworks: .NET MAUI, .NET Core / .NET 6+
• Architecture: MVVM, Clean Architecture, SOLID principles
• Cloud/DevOps: Azure, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
