1. Deep Databricks Expertise
Candidate must possess significant hands-on experience with:

  • Databricks architecture

Strong background designing:

  • Prior PO Experience       
  • Creation of Product Roadmap: Working knowledge of product development architecture              
  • Developing user stories Creation of Dashboard/ Reporting           
  • Scrum Certification: In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology            
  • Functional Lead: Strong functional Leader with experience working across multiple extremely complex business processes        
  • Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio, Project Plan, Jira, Eclipse, Git Hub     
  • Planning: Plan releases and upgrades     
  • Communication: Effectiveness in listening to others, presenting ideas, and promptly conveying information to client executives.

  • Agile Delivery: Agile Product Delivery           
  • Troubleshooting: Ability to troubleshoot, investigate, and escalate problems. Identifies the requirement for technical assistance to assist in the resolution of a problem.       
  • Analytical Thinking: Understands client issues and makes practical, timely decisions.
  • Excellent analytical skills for data-driven reasoning 
  • Problem Solving: Diagrams complex business processes, data flow, and new data system architecture. Capability to generate complicated business cases and drive proactive system changes based on business system impact analyses.     
  • Functional Lead: Strong functional Leader with experience working across multiple extremely complex business processes
