Location- Chicago, IL (Hybrid, 3-4 days from office)

Job Description

Service Cloud Architecture

• Define and own target‑state Salesforce Service Cloud architecture
• Lead remediation of technical debt within Service Cloud (case models, automation, integrations)
• Ensure compliant design for:
  • Case management & workflows
  • Entitlement & milestone tracking
  • Email‑to‑Case / Omni‑Channel (if applicable)

CSV & Validation Enablement

• Provide architecture inputs for URS / FRS / DDS specific to Service Cloud
• Support validation activities ensuring:
  • Design‑to‑test traceability
  • Audit trails and data integrity
  • Controlled configuration and customisation

Integration & Data Integrity

• Define validated integration patterns between Service Cloud and downstream systems
• Ensure robustness of:
  • Error handling
  • Data consistency
  • Audit logging
• Support release readiness and post‑deployment verification
