Role: Full Stack Python Specialist (Python / Agentic AI)
Location: McLean, VA – Hybrid -3 days onsite
Must have : Python, Agentic AI (LangChain/LangGraph), LLMs, AWS, Docker, REST APIs, SQL, CI/CD, Production AI Deployment, and MCP (Model Context Protocol) integration experience.
Must Have Qualifications: 10+ years of development experience, strong Python expertise, and at
least 1+ year of AI experience, including building AI agents and working in agentic AI development
environments.
Required experience with AWD, Docker, LLMs, Rest APIs, and SQL. Nice to have
skills in Advanced SQL, Angular, Java, Jenkins, Kafka and Spring.

Developer-Full Stack Specialist
Required Experience & Education
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying agentic AI/LLM applications in
Production.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
Qualifications:
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Strong Python development skills (build, test, deploy) with CI/CD and Docker on AWS.
• Experience building agentic AI solutions using LangChain/LangGraph and integrating tools
via MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Experience integrating LLM workflows with APIs and data sources (SQL; RAG/embeddings a
plus).
• Clear communicator; collaborative, open-minded team player.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., VS Code, Amazon Q/Kiro, Copilot or similar).
• Nice to have: Trading or Financial Industry background, Kafka/event-driven systems,
React/Angular, Advanced SQL/Vector DBs, Java.
