The client is looking for an experienced Operations Lead with a strong background in Engineering Operations and Application Support for Java/J2EE-based enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing production support environments, incident and change management processes, monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, and ensuring system uptime, SLA compliance, and operational excellence. This role requires a leader who can oversee day-to-day operations, drive automation and AI initiatives, manage vendors and budgets, communicate effectively with executives, and collaborate with security, engineering, and architecture teams. Experience with compliance standards such as SOX, PCI, and ISO is important, while IAM/ILM domain knowledge would be an added advantage.

Duration: 6-12 Months Contract Role

- 8+ years of experience in:
