Key Requirements
AI Expertise: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and low-code AI.
Technical Skills: Building PoCs, prototypes, and working with APIs and enterprise integrations.
Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business workflows, process automation, and value tracking.
Collaboration: Strong communication skills to align with IT, Security, and cross-functional leadership.
Enablement: Experience mentoring, coaching, and upskilling business users on AI adoption.
Core Responsibilities
Identify and prioritize business-facing AI and automation opportunities.
Develop and deploy compliant, scalable AI solutions alongside IT teams.

Role 2: Project Manager – Change Management

Key Requirements
Oracle ERP: 10+ years of experience working on Oracle ERP Fusion implementations.
Strategy: Proven track record of developing end-to-end change strategies, roadmaps, and impact assessments.
Alignment: Expert at stakeholder analysis, managing resistance, and driving cross-functional buy-in.
Enablement: Experience conducting training needs analysis and managing communications across all levels.
Integration: Ability to embed change management governance and risk mitigation into the IT project lifecycle.
Core Responsibilities
Lead: Drive end-to-end change initiatives for large-scale programs.
Collaborate: Partner with business, IT, HR, and executive leadership teams.
Execute: Deliver targeted communication, training, and risk mitigation plans.

Certification: Mandatory AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional).
Core Tech: Strong hands-on experience with EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS/EKS, and VPC/Transit Gateway.
Automation & CI/CD: Proficient in IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Security & FinOps: Expertise in AWS security tools (IAM, KMS, Security Hub) and cost optimization (FinOps).
Core Responsibilities
Design: Architect scalable, highly available, secure, and cost-effective AWS infrastructure.
