• Experience with AZURE cloud platforms

POSITION: ServiceNow Developer (Discovery, SPM)
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) – 2, 3 days weekly onsite

 

Note - Need active CAD & CSA Certifications, If that is expired, client want person who cleared Delta exam to maintain their certifications. (In short, people with expired certification will not be considered)

 

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow Discovery Pattern Development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Proficiency in Regular Expressions (RegEx).
• Experience with cloud platform (Azure)
• Active CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer) certifications (mandatory).

 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow Discovery patterns.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Discovery processes and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address incidents and update discovery configurations.
• Apply regular expressions (RegEx) for pattern customization and optimization.
• Work with OS platforms (Windows/Linux) to ensure accurate data collection.
• Leverage cloud concepts (Azure) for discovery across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and enterprise standards.
